The Ethics & Code of Conduct Certification provides foundational training for employees working in regulated cannabis environments. This course reinforces essential principles of professionalism, workplace integrity, responsible behavior, and accountability. Learners receive practical guidance on recognizing ethical risks, managing conflicts of interest, and supporting company policies and regulatory requirements. This training improves employee readiness, reduces compliance risk, and supports a respectful, safe, and lawful workplace culture across all regulated markets.
